Mr. Jatinder Handoo
Jatinder Handoo is a trained fintech and public policy professional with over two decades of experience across banking, financial inclusion, and digital financial services domains. He is CEO of the Unified Fintech Forum (formerly the Digital Lenders Association of India) and a Board Member of the Madrid based Global FinTech Alliance (GFA), which represents the global fintech industry before regulators across 130 countries. He also co-founded Hong Kong based International Digital Economies Association (iDEA) and also serves on its board. His career spans the State Bank of India, HDFC Bank, the Washington D.C.-based Microfinance Information Exchange, FINO PayTech, and MFIN – an RBI recognized SRO. A Ph.D. scholar at IIM Shillong, he has studied fintech regulation at Cambridge and the University of Luxembourg, and is an alumnus of the COADY International Institute, Canada. He has earned his Master’s in public policy from India . Jatinder has represented Indian Financial Inclusion sector across countries like the USA, Luxembourg, UAE, Singapore, Philippines, the Netherlands , Germany etc. He co-authored the category best-seller book “Financial Inclusion in Circular Economy” (2022) and several research papers, including a Harvard-listed case study on India’s Business Correspondent Model. He enjoys reading, offbeat travel, and listening to music.
Ms. Sai Sudha
Sai Sudha is the CEO of India Fintech Foundation. With two decades of experience across leadership, public policy, foreign direct investment, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem building in India, USA and Hong Kong, she brings a unique combination of government leadership, global private sector expertise, and entrepreneurial experience to nation building endeavours. Previously, she served as Head of FDI APAC at Invest India under the Ministry of Commerce. She has led several high-profile engagements directly for the Hon. PM and the Hon. Commerce Minister of India; managed an investment pipeline of $45B and represented India at over 100 international forums, including Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Korea and Australia during her tenure. Her role focused on driving strategic engagements with global CEOs, international governments, and investors. She is a gold medallist from Great Lakes Institute of Management and completed the Management Consulting Program at Harvard University
Ms. Shivangi Uniyal
Shivangi is a Fintech Advocacy and Operations professional with around 8 years of diverse experience across banking, financial services, advisory, and risk management. She has worked with leading institutions including Deloitte, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and ICICI Bank, managing key responsibilities across the BFSI. Her expertise covers strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, regulatory alignment, credit analysis, and advocacy initiatives.
Ms. Ekta Batra
Ekta has led portfolio management and service delivery at organisations such as Reliance General Insurance ,MakeMyTrip, HDFC Bank with around ten years of experience across fintech, BFSI, and travel.In her recent roles, she has focused on MSME finance and the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS), working closely with NPCI and public sector banks to advance digital payment initiatives and drive ecosystem-wide adoption.
